1. Controller and scope
Tamara Tugulschi, operating as VT LAB in Antalya, Türkiye, is the data controller for website enquiries, direct business communications and subscriber records. Tamara handles privacy requests at info@vtlab.io. The internal VT LAB Cabinet is for team members; it is not a client portal.
2. Data and collection
You may provide your name, company, email or phone, project requirements and messages through website forms, email, WhatsApp or other contact channels you choose. Technical providers may process IP addresses, request/security logs and browser information. The project brief is saved in your browser and removed on a subsequent visit once its 30-day validity expires, or when you clear it; sending it to a third-party channel is your separate action. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive customer records in enquiry forms.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process relevant data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and perform contracts; to comply with invoicing, accounting and other legal duties; and, where necessary and proportionate, for our legitimate interests in business communications, security and protecting legal rights. The applicable grounds are Article 5 of Law No. 6698, including contract, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right and legitimate interests, as appropriate to the relationship. Optional analytics and promotional subscriptions rely on separate consent where required. Contacting us is not promotional consent.
4. News and promotions
Promotions are only for subscribers. You choose email, WhatsApp and/or SMS separately. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent enquiries or project services. A website or WhatsApp request must be received and confirmed before activation; simply opening an app or preparing a message does not register a subscription. Sending providers and the required commercial-message consent processes must be in place before promotional sending begins.
5. Recipients and overseas services
Authorised team members and service providers may process data as needed for hosting, communications, security and accounting; professional advisers and public authorities may receive it when required. The current website uses Vercel hosting; Google services and WhatsApp/Meta may process data when you use those channels or enable applicable analytics. These services can involve processing outside Türkiye. Overseas transfers require assessment and a lawful mechanism under Article 9 of Law No. 6698; using a channel does not by itself establish that mechanism. Contact us for the applicable provider and transfer information.
6. Retention and security
We limit access and keep data only while needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal retention or claim periods. Subscriber data is used until consent is withdrawn; only necessary withdrawal/suppression and consent evidence is retained afterwards for compliance and disputes. Browser-saved briefs can be removed through your browser’s site-data controls. Records subject to a legal retention obligation may be retained after a deletion request.
7. Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 you may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion/destruction where the legal conditions apply, request notification to recipients, object to adverse results based exclusively on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Contact info@vtlab.io. We may need proportionate identity verification and a valid application method under the applicable rules. Valid requests are handled as soon as possible and within 30 days, subject to statutory conditions. Do not send your identity card by ordinary email.
8. Choices and withdrawal
Use the unsubscribe link in an email, reply STOP through the promotional channel, or contact info@vtlab.io to withdraw your selected channels. You can ask to stop all promotions. Necessary project, service and legally required communications are handled separately. Cookie consent can be changed using Cookie preferences on measured pages.
