Connected Systems

Make your systems work together.

Keep the software that works and connect the gaps between it. VT LAB implements API connections, PMS and CRM exchanges and data synchronisation. This service focuses on dependable exchange between existing systems; building a new application belongs to Digital Products.

01

APIs and integrations

Connect applications through the interfaces they actually provide. An enquiry may create a customer record and an assigned task; an order may trigger a stock check and a fulfilment handoff. These are illustrative flows to assess, not delivered case studies.

Available APIs, permissions and sample records determine feasibility. We define field mapping, validation, duplicate handling and confirmation before treating a connection as dependable.

02

PMS and CRM connections

A property management system and a customer relationship system hold different parts of the same service. A useful connection shares the required context without creating competing versions of a booking or customer.

We assess the named platforms and available access. Vendor support, data permissions and ownership must be confirmed; a listed capability does not imply compatibility with every PMS or CRM.

03

Data flows with a clear source of truth

Agree which system owns each field, when information should move and how late or missing data is handled. Controlled exchange can support current status, reporting and coordinated operations.

Test duplicates, unavailable destinations and retries. A flow is complete when its result can be checked and incomplete work can be recovered safely.

04

Start with one handoff

Bring the source and destination, a real example record, the current manual steps and the person who resolves exceptions. Include available vendor documentation and access constraints.

We map the flow, confirm interfaces, build the connection and test completion and recovery. Additional platforms and transfers are scoped separately.
