Start with what the business means
Clarify what you offer, who needs it and how you should be recognised. Existing assets, useful references and communication requirements inform the direction. We agree which identity elements need development and which established material should be retained, rather than replacing everything simply for novelty.
Connect the visual elements
Typography, colour, imagery and wordmark use should work as a set. Define how they appear across the agreed formats and how variations are handled. Deliverables and usage guidance are scoped before production so the team knows which assets it receives and where it may use them.
Bring assets and real applications
Share current brand files, asset rights, audience priorities and examples of materials you need. We assess the identity in those contexts and agree ownership of future updates. Website implementation, interface components and additional campaign materials are separate deliverables, rather than assumed parts of an identity engagement.
