Products customers can understand
Define product options, required information and how availability is confirmed. Selection and cart behaviour should reflect these rules, including unavailable items and changed quantities. Product images and descriptions need approved sources; we do not invent stock, prices or promotional claims to fill a demonstration.
Checkout that matches fulfilment
Agree delivery or collection choices, customer details and the point at which an order is confirmed. Persistent order handling gives the team a record to act on. Payment connections and fulfilment services are assessed separately, with failures and incomplete checkout made visible to the customer.
Bring the operating rules
Start with a manageable catalogue, sample orders, service areas and the person responsible for confirmation and fulfilment. Include cancellation and exception rules. We verify selection, cart, checkout and order follow-through against these examples before treating the shop as ready for its agreed business flow.
